In Outlook go to tools-> option tab Other. There you can
set your AutoArchive settings. You might want to change
its settings for the whole domain with a policy as most
user will "loose" their e-mail and create a huge profile.
We disabled it and learned them how to clean their inbox
themselves. It was quite effective I must say.
