Outlook auto response containing original message

We have a customer that sends our company requests for Work Orders. They
send a message containing the subject line, "Customer Work Order". I have
set up an auto response that if the email contains the words, "Customer Work
Order" that it will automatically send a message back to the customer that
their request has been received. The problem is that I cannot get it to also
include the original email message they sent with the original issue. The
customer receives the response just fine, but it does not include information
about the issue they inquired about.

It would be great if there was a check box within the Rules Wizard to
"Include Original Email Message". That would help to make this processes
truly automated and provide a way for the customer to keep track that they
submitted a request for a particular issue. Thank you.
