outlook auto response will fail for secound mail

i set up auto reply but the user when send a mail for secound time they dont
get any reply?
can some 1 help me
i do whant to have a auto reply mail to certain customers,

Autoreply answers each sender only once per Outlook session. That's the way
it's supposed to work.
