outlook autofill problem

L

Louise

Win XP Home with Outlook 2002.

When I start to type a name in the "to" box to send a
message, Outlook gives me a drop down with several names to
choose from.

Several of these names have been used only once and I would
like to delete them so that they do not present as options
everytime I type a similar name.

I have tried right clicking on the name(s) I'd like to
remove while it is presented in the drop down, but nothing
happens.

Is there a way to go in manually and delete all this info
that Outlook has stored somewhere - or is it all in the
..pst file?

Is there another way to delete these names I don't want to
have presented every time?

TIA

Louise

When the list of names is shown, arrow down to the name you want to remove
and press delete.

To remove all of the name resolutions, find the N2K file and delete it.
