Outlook Automatic Download Settings

I am suddenly unable to download/open pictures in incoming e-mail. I receive
the "Right Click..." prompt and the "Download Picture" option, but no
picture. Any suggestions? I have gone to Tools>Options>Security>Automatic
Picture Download Settings and clicked/unclicked all possible configurations.
No luck. Help, please.

I have the same problem.
Have you corrected this problem?
I'm about ready to uninstall Outlook 2003 and re-install it.
What did you do to correct this problem?
