Outlook Automatic return of E-Mail

I am experiencing a problem. When I open new e-mail received from others,
the heading is autopmatically sent back to the sender. How can I stop this?
Does anyone know what the problem could be? I have run McAfee's ViruScan and
it shows no worm or other corrupting problem.
