Outlook Automatically deleting certain e-mails

I find that Outlook is automatically deleting e-mails from
certain senders. These do not even appear in my inbox;
they go straight into 'deleted items".

I've checked the junk senders list; they're not there.
Any tips on what else might be causing this problem? And
how to fix it?
