Outlook automatically uploading my contacts; how do I stop

I recently installed the Outlook Connector. While making some corrections to
my Outlook Contacts I noted at the bottom of my screen that it was,
"Uploading changes in Contacts".

I did not knowingly authorize this and do not want my contacts to be shared
with anyone to include Microsoft. How do I turn this off?
