How, or is it, possible to disable "AutoPreview"
automatically when creating a new folder?

Thanks,
Michael

Thanks,

You get the standard defaults when a new folder is created. Also,
AutoPreview is NOT enabled by default when creating a new folder, but
*Preview* is. AutoPreview shows the first few lines as text-only of a
message within the same list pane as the message headers list wherease
Preview is an entire pane to show all of the message. When you create a
new folder, you will have to disable the Preview pane each time (if you
don't want it) and enable AutoPreview (if you want that instead). It
would be handy when creating a new subfolder if it inherited the
properties of its parent folder (if the parent was the same type of
folder as the child folder) but propagation is not available in Outlook
pre-2003 (I don't know about OL2003).
