Outlook 2002 newbie here.
If I turn AutoPreview off (View / AutoPreview), exit & restart
Outlook, it is wrongly on again.
(Yet changes to other defaults, e.g. Preview Pane, are permanent.)
Why the inconsistency?
And how do you permanently kill AutoPreview?
