Outlook Autorespond

Can someone tell me if this is possible?
I get emails about jobs and there's a link to click in the email that
takes me to a webpage wherein I can click "accept" to accept the job.
Can I automate outlook to do this automatically?

I don't see any way to make Outlook follow a link embedded in a message.
