Outlook Backup can not copy pst. "File in use"

When using Outlook Backup, it gives an error "Cannot copy Outlook: the
process can not access the file becasue another process has locked a portion
of the file". I also use "Karen's Replicator" and it too can not copy
Outlook.pst because it's in use. I do not have Outlook running during this
time, so either Outlook is not fully releasing or another app has a lock on
Outlook.pst. Any ideas?

Make sure that Outlook is not running by using Task Manager, although you're
probably correct because PFBACKUP won't start until Outlook is closed. If
Outlook isn't running, then you do have another application, like a FAX
program or an antivirus or antispam program, that is keeping the PST open.
Find that app, kill it, and PFBACKUP will work.
