Outlook Backup Tool

I have downloaded and installed Outlook Backup Tool and it's not working. I
am getting an error message when the Backup Tool runs: "Cannot copy
<filename>: the process cannot access the file because another process has
locked a portion of the file". What can i do?

Do you sync a PDA? Do you have Google or Windows Desktop Search indexing
your PST?
