Outlook backup

Pardon me if this appears more than once (system crash).

I just installed the outlook backup addin on two computers running Win XP
and using Office 2002.
When I try to do a backup, on either machine, I receive the following
message:

"Cannot copy outlook: the process cannot access the file because another
process has locked a portion of the file."



Any suggestion?

Outlook needs to be closed for the backup to run.

The error message occurs after the program closes.
