Outlook Backup

When I try to use the backup facility of Outlook I get this message
"Cannot copy outlook: The process cannot access the file because another
process has locked a portion of the file."
I turned off my firewall and antivirus but still got the message. Anyone any
ideas

Sounds like you have some add-in that is keeping Outlook open.

Thanks Brian found it was an extra antivirus prgram I found thru that
webpage you gave me
