have a major problem - an isv, i'm developing workflow, i
set up an account in bcm, it worked fine, forwarded the
account via email. now account sucks up all the emails in
my inbox as attached files to the account, will not allow
me to associate biz contacts with the account anymore,
etc. i'm perplexed, used detect and repair to no avail.
before i start confusing the original issue, do y'all
have any suggestions? i was really hyped up and talking
to lots of clients about upgrading to office 2003, but
for something as simple as forwarding an account to
another user to hose up all the functionality
of 'account' is pretty lame...
