Outlook BCM 07 over Office 03?

Can install only Outlook 2007 w/BCM without installing the whole suite?
I have Office 03 SBE installed now and only want to upgrade Outlook. I know
I have to remove Outlook 03.

Yes, but features that intergrate with other Office apps won't work,
like Word mail merge.
