Outlook BCM - Changing History View

Is there a way to show the email From and To columns to the contact
history view? Whenever I try it, the columns come up blank. Is this
info not stored in the SQL server database?

That history view comes from the Business History folder, which is a journal
folder and doesn't have fields for To and From. The database keeps the To,
From and message body all in one field, apparently.

Thanks, Sue. Is there a way to pull any more info up in the history
view apart from the subject field?

Like what? Subject and Notes and the date fields are the only fields worth
mentioning. But don't try adding Notes unless you want to hang Outlook. I
even tried turning on AutoPreview. It also hung Outlook. Conclusion: Make
sure whatever information you want to see at a glance is in the Subject
field.
