The other day, I added my first entry into BCM in Outlook 2003 regarding
a potential client. Now every time I open Outlook, and every 10 minutes
or so while it is open, I get a notice along these lines:
"There is a problem connecting to the database engine. To try again,
please click on Retry. If problem persists, check Help."
When I tried to follow up on these error messages through BCM's help
files, it tells me to contact Support.
Isn't there some easy way to simply delete the existing database, and
then rebuild it? BCM sounds like it could be a real help, but I'm at a
lost in how to make it work...
Usenet is distributed network anarchy at its best---or worst,
depending on what is posted on any particular day.
