Outlook BCM will not restoe in windows 7

I clean installed windows 7 from vista. Backed up Outlook 2007 with BCM to
external HD.
When I try to restore from the Data base tools , manage databases, restore
databases, it does not recognize the BCM BU file name. Any help getting my
customers restored to BCM is appreciated.
