While working in email (Outlook 2002) when I hit reply I get an extra dialog
box that warns me a program is attempting to access my address book. In this
instance when I reply [OK] the address of the originator appears in the TO:
box of the reply. If I reply [NO] then the reply recipient is empty.
Outlook also misfires on new messages. When you go to address a new email
Outlook fails to search the address book. If you click the address book next
to new you get an error message saying the file has been moved or deleted or
I don’t have permission. But if you back out of the message and click
Contacts the full address book is there.
How do I determine what has corrupted Outlook’s functionality? Removing
Office XP and Re-installing has not cured the problem.
