outlook beta

I installed today office beta. everything works beutifully but when I
try to open outlook I get a message that the appplication has faild
because MSVCR.ddl was not found

MSVCRT.dll?

Mine shows on windows XP:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msvcrt.dll, Version=7.0.2600.2180
(xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158)

Perhaps reinstall Windows XP sp2 then reinstall Outlook. )
