When I do a mail merge in Outlook 2002 to Microsoft Word or any other label
software, why does outlook only send the name and not the address ?
I have 3 folders in contacts one will show the 'business address' in a merge
the others will show the 'home address' Its very annoying particularly when
you merge 7000 addresses.
I have seen this for years but can not figure out how to make all the merges
the same. Keith
