Help! I can't add new contacts into Outlook. Each time I attempt to add a
new contact I get this message:
Usually this error message appears when your mailbox has exceeded the size
restriction of two terabytes. Or, you have possibly exceeded the mailbox
size limit established by your administrator.
To eliminate this issue, archive or delete messages until the size of the
mailbox is less than the limitation imposed by the administrator or is less
than two terabytes, whichever is smaller.
I've installed BusinessContactManager-kb839881-fullfile-enu.exe (which is
SP1) from Microsoft and still get the error. Anybody have any other ideas?
