Outlook calendar appointment book

[stuck in time]

When I want to enter new appt I try to open "new appt" but I get the dialog
box with "the form required the view this message cannot be displayed.
Contact your administrator" I am the administrator and have tried every
which way to see how that may not be opened or unlocked. Please help!

Try clearing the forms cache.
