Outlook calendar Appointment is missing some of the text in the bo

I have a user who has lost text in the body of his appointments. The
Calendar event is there, but only the first page of the text is visible. Auto
Archive is disabled. Outlook is setup to use Word as the default Editor. The
user is running Winddows 2000 with Office 2003 SP1. The Exchange server is
2000. So far, he's the only user to have complained. We have not made any
change to the environment lately.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
