Outlook calendar changing entire days appointment times automatica

Outlook calendar is randomly changing appointment times to commence one hour
later than originally set. This only happens for future days - and changes
the appointment times for the entire day to all start one hour later.
Sometimes for a whole week at a time. Any suggestions why this happens? and
is anybody aware of any quick fixes to changing all appointments back to
original times?

That usually happens when your time zone and daylight time settings are not
correct.

On top of what Doane says, make sure you've applied the updates that control
the new time zone changes that went into effect. See these articles:
