Outlook calendar company wide

Hi,

My client needs a method to centralize calendar and contacts throughout the
company, 5 users. They do not have the need for exchange server since they
will not need the e-mail centralized or controlled and they do not need to
monitor e-mail activities. They just need to know availability for meetings
and contacts. In a way they just need an enterprise "outlook" without the
pop and SMTP.

Any ideas on what software will accomplish this task will be greatly
appreciated.
