Outlook Calendar events off by 1 hour after DST change. How do I fix this?

HI folks. I patched all my servers prior to the DST thing last
weekend and it seems most of the clocks rolled over fine but I notice
a lot of my users have their times wrong in outlook by 1 + hour from
now until April 1. How do I fix this? Thanks.
