Outlook Calendar events to Outlook Calendar without Email

I have Outlook 2007 using Outlook email (on a Vista machine)
My wife has Outlook 2002 (calendar and contacts) and she uses Outlook
Express for email (on an XP machine).

Our PC's are on a home network.... no enterprise stuff.

How can we transfer calendar events between us? We have dozens of
calendar items that we would like to be able to share or at least copy
easily. Doing them one at a time as ics files is not something that I
want to deal with.

On my Outlook email, I can creat a new email, then drag & drop several
events into the email as attachements. But these attachments don't
show up when my wife receives the email.

Does anybody out there have any other ideas?

Thanks.

OE is probably hiding them because the message is RTF encoded. Are you
sending HTML or plain text messages to her?
