Outlook Calendar & Exchange

I'm not sure if I have set up Outlook correctly to save the calendar on our
Exhange server. Is there any guides available to walk me through the set-up
routine, to ensure I've set the calendar up correctly?

If the Exchange mailbox is your default delivery location the Calendar
information is stored on the Exchange server. You can check your default
delivery location in Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> button Next

All appears okay, but why would my "Outlook Web Access" not be updated? Is
there another step?

Both should be the same as it is the same mailbox. How do you connect to
Exchange? Directly, with a classic offline folder or in Cached Exchange
mode?
