To organize a training program, we usually offer many different dates/times
for the same class. I currently use the voting buttons in the options
section in an e-mail and once the participants click a voting button to
respond, I create a calendar invitation and send it to them.
I'd like to be able to send one invitation with all the dates/times and when
they choose one, it populates their calendar. (We are currently using
Outlook 2002 and 2003.)
