Outlook Calendar Greyed out?

We recently moved all the mailboxes from an exchange server 2000 to an
exchange server 2003. With no errors. When the users open calendar, and they
wish to view other users schedules, they get the grey bar totally across the
time they wish to view. Can anyone explain if this a configuration issue?
