Outlook Calendar invitations auto forwarding to another user's ema

I'm getting all meeting invitations intended for another user AND all the
responses from others to whom she sends invitations to. I've checked her
delegates assignments for calendar and I'm nowhere to be found. Has anyone
got a fix for this?
