Outlook calendar items disappeared

I have a user using Outlook 2002 with an Exchange 2000 server. It looks like
her calendar items earlier than April 2005 have disappeared with the
exception of reoccuring items. She does use a Blackberry but I don't think
this is her issue since I am experiencing the same issue and I am using
Outook 2003 with an Exchange 2003 server. My cached mode is not turned on.
Does anyone have an idea as to why this has happend? This does not happen
with other users in our company.

How is she looking for them? Have they been archived? Check her archive
settings.

No. She has not archived them. I had her try switching the view to a 1-day
view (I saw something that that could be the case) but no luck. Any other
suggestions? Thanks for your reply.
