When the calendar is displayed in month format, the weeks should be scrolled
on a weekly basis. EG, show only the first previous week, current week and
the next two future weeks. This way 1) during the first week of the month
you don't loose sight of what happened the last week of the previous month
and 2) during the last week of the month you can see whats coming up at the
beginning of the following month without the bother of manually scrolling the
page every time you bring it up.
I'm using Outlook 2003 SP1 under Windows XP SP2
