Outlook Calendar

I would like to create a Outlook calendar and save it as
an HTML file, post it on the webpage and have it dynamicly
updated from outlook.

This capability is not built into Outlook, although it is possible with
Outlook Web Access on Exchange Server. See
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/olpubcal.htm for third-party tools that
can do it.
