Outlook Calendar

How do I format the Outlook Calendar so that Sunday starts at the beginning
of the week rather than Sat/Sun split at the end of the week?

While in the Calendar folder (monthly view), right click and choose "Other
Settings" and uncheck "Compress Weekend Days"
