Since a few days, when I sync my Outlook Calendar and Contacts, the entries
in Calendar that contain contacts, do not not sync, and I receive and
unresolved item. -- On trying to resolve the item, it tells me that Calendar
could not find the contact, and it shows that my "Outlook Address Book" is
blank (yet it contains more than a thousand contacts), and the pick list
does not allow me to pick another addrress book.
