Outlook can no longer find Photoshop as viewer

Upgraded Photoshop and installed it to a different drive.
Now outlook wont open photoshop to view JPG files. I get
an error message that it cant find Photoshop. If I save
the attachment and click on it it will open photoshop asnd
the file. I have associated these files to photoshop.
