Outlook cannot exist

Whenever user A log off from her outlook, the "Please wait
while microsoft outlook exit" message will not disappear.
She have to end task from the ctr-alt-del. But if other
user use her pc, this problem will not happen.
Furthermore,no matter User A use different pc to try, she
will encounter this probem in all PC.
Kindly advise whats the roots of the problem.

Hello Kim,

this fault accour, when the account is not being worked well on the
Exchange. Please speak with your Domain Admin.
