Outlook cannot Locate Link Browser

I ran a microsoft update and then the next time I clicked on a web link in
Outlook i recieved a screen "locate Link Browser". The explored window opens
but the address bar is empty.

explored window opens but the address bar is empty.

If you received a Windows Browser box, enter your internet browser's EXE
(like C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Iexplorer.exe) and click OK.
Otherwise, open IE and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web
