I belong to fiber artist's group that shares jpgs and need access to images.
Recent change in Outlook: error message that blocks access to jpg in Outlook
2000 and Windows 2000. All updates in place. Message to the effect of:
Outlook can't find URL.
Does no good to try to open or save, get same message.
