My IT department keeps on complaining that my Mailbox size is huge
(which is true) and they keep on moving thing around here and there.

My question is there a way for me (end user) to place an office rule or
something that after 90 days of an email being in my Inbox (and
subfolders) they get moved to a PST folder versus staying on the
server?
