Outlook client get "This message has not been fully downloaded fro

Hello,

After we migrated from another mail system to exchange 2003 we have the
following problem.

When the user tries to open an old email they get.
"This message has not been fully downloaded from the server. Would you like
to mark it for Download?"

We ahve tried NO and Yes, but we still get this message.

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. I seem to have fixed it by going in to my
antivirus program (Fsecure) and disabling incoming message scanning. Once I
did that and restarted Outlook, I got the messages.
