outlook client had two subfolders in inbox dissapear

client had two subfolders in outlook 200 disapear swears she didn't delet
them??
any helpfull info appreiciated

if they are not there in Folder list view (see view menu) then they were
deleted by the client. Are they in the deleted folder?
