Outlook closes down at will

Please help. My Outlook Express says I have 51 unread
messages but I can't get to them. May a virus hit me, or
something.

About the sametime the SASSY came out my Outlook Express
started dumping as soon as I picked the INBOX. I check for
updates on Windows a lot, at least once a week.

I'm working with Netscape until I get this solved.
