Outlook closes down whenever I press the reduce button

Frustrated from Peckham

Can anybody help me? My computer has started closing down every time I reduce
the screen to switch applications. Not life-threatening i know, but dammed
anoying nne the less.

Are you sure it is not minimized to the Notification Area? Expand it and see
if the Outlook icon is there. Right click it to disable the "Hide when
minimized" option.
