Outlook Closes When create new / forward

Whenever i click Create Mail or Forward Outlook Express closes with no
explanation what so ever. this is not the contact problem that when i
select ontacts it closes. i do0n't even have opportunity to pick my
contacts. it INSTANTLY CLOSES when i try to write or forward mail. any
help you could provide in this matter would be GREATLY APPRECIATED

Outlook and Outlook Express aren't the same program. Ask in an Outlook
Express newsgroup.
