Outlook 2007 closes or crashes when I try to forward a message, reply to a
message and sometimes create new messages. The forward and reply happens
with new and old messages. Also the data file scanning (gears) just
continues to run and never finishes. We had one of those malware, spyware
things pop up on that particular computer but we got rid of it with a removal
tool. Could it have changed Outlook or damaged it prior to removal?
